Bettye Holmes Smith

Bettye Holmes Smith is the Founder and CEO of SBK2 Leadership Consulting, LLC.  She is an award-winning inspirational leader, motivational speaker, published author and high-level change agent with superior skills in organizational leadership, development and transformation.  She launched SBK2 Leadership after a rewarding career as a corporate executive, strategic partner and major contributor for Lockheed Martin and other Fortune 500 companies.  She earned her master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland, and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Southern University and A&M College. 

Bettye has received numerous industry and corporate awards for excellence in leadership.  She has also written two books -  Trusting God When Seasons Change and The ABCs of Inspirational Leadership.  She has a heart for people, a passion for leadership and a style of teaching that inspires others to consistently go beyond their comfort zone, adopt a mindset and/or culture of continuous learning and position themselves for current and future success
